EBC*L Certificate Level C 103
Management Knowledge
The graduates know the economical instruments for the management of an enterprise and its departments, as well as the conditions and procedures of effective personnel management. This level also contains leadership competence such as self-management, motivation, team development, communication, conflict resolution, and target orientation. In addition, practical cases and relevant issues related to the role of general manager such as human resources or personnel management challenges are also included in the syllabus. Those who complete all levels will receive the EBC*L Certified Manager certificate.

Examination
The structure of the EBC*L Level C examination is similar to the Level B. There are knowledge questions, comprehension questions as well as one case study which all have to be answered in the candidate’s own words (no multiple-choice questions). The basis of the Level C examination regarding the contents is the EBC*L Learning Target Catalogue Level C (the Level B examination is divided into two parts). The examination EBC*L Level C consists of

- 2 short case study questions
- 1 long case study question
Part 1
Length: 120 minutes

Part 2
Length: 60 minutes
- Case study in Human Resource Management
It is possible to only do one of these partial examinations at a time.
To successfully pass the examination, 75 % of 80 points must be obtained in Part 1 and 50 % of 50 points in Part 2.
